The tumble dryer equipment is a drying equipment that can dry a variety of materials and is simple and reliable to operate. The machine is mainly composed of:

1. Rotary body: a rotating cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontal line, the wet material rotates together with the cylinder in the cylinder, and the wet material flows to the lower end under the action of gravity to be dried and discharged;

2. Lifting plate: The material rotates with the rotating cylinder in the revolving body. During the process of full contact with the hot air flow, it is continuously raised by the lifting plate, so that the wet material forms a uniform curtain in the cylinder body, and the hot air flow Full contact for heat exchange. So as to achieve the purpose of further drying;

3. Rotating device: The rotating device drives the drum of the drum dryer to rotate, so that the wet material is in full contact with the inner wall of the drum, and then heat exchange is performed to achieve the purpose of sufficient drying;

4. Feeding box: the material enters the revolving body from the feeding box.

Drying system

There are two commonly used drying systems for tumble dryers: coal as the fuel drying system, and natural gas or oil as the fuel drying system.
